Mt Hawthorn Community Church
Wiggly Woo Children's Music and Movement
Update (12th July 2021)
Today, we went to stage 5 restrictions, which mean we don't have to wear masks or limit numbers. Let's hope that this is the case when we start term 3 next week. Stay tuned!
Term 3 starts on Tuesday 20th/Friday 23rd July
Wiggly Woo has a COVID plan in place, to comply with state government regulations. This means:
We will be taking names and contact numbers on entry. There is also a QR code available for the venue.
All surfaces and equipment will be sanitized before, between and after sessions.
We now have an EFTPOS machine, so we can have contactless payments. (Cash will still be accepted.)
We also have a Facebook page now. Please follow us if you'd like the latest information on Wiggly Woo. We promise not to bombard you with posts!
In the meantime, check out You Tube for our online programme. Search for "Wiggly Woo At Home" or click
for the playlist on You Tube.
Wiggly Woo is a fun programme for young children and their carers.
Mt Hawthorn Community Centre Lesser Hall (facing Kalgoorlie Street)
We operate during school terms. Classes are held four times a week:
Tuesday 9.30 a.m.
Tuesday 10.30 a.m.
Friday 9.30 a.m.
Friday 10.30 a.m.
Each class runs for about half an hour.
We do action songs and rhymes and some simple dancing.
The programme is suitable for one to five year olds. Parents/caregivers join in with the children.
Wiggly Woo is run by members of the Mount Hawthorn Community Church.
There is a flat fee of $5.00 per class, regardless of how many children you bring along.
The first class is free, so you can try us out!
Attendance is casual; no need to book or commit to whole terms (EVER!) Just start and come along whenever you like.
