UPDATE ************** UPDATE **************** UPDATE (30th June 2020)
We're coming back!!!!!!!
We will start again with the new term on TUESDAY JULY 21ST/FRIDAY JULY 24TH
By then we will be on stage 5 COVID-19 restrictions, so we will be able to run Wiggly Woo without too many extra things having to be done. There will be some changes, though:
We will be taking full names and contact numbers on entry.
We won't be supplying morning tea for the time being (although you are welcome to BYO).
All surfaces and equipment will be sanitized before, between and after sessions.
We are investigating getting an EFTPOS machine, so we can have contactless payments. (Cash will still be accepted.)
In the meantime, check out YouTube for our online programme. This should be going live on July 1st. We will also be doing these new songs (yes, we wrote them ourselves) at the live Wiggly Woo sessions later in July. Click here for the playlist on YouTube.
Wiggly Woo is a fun programme for young children and their carers.
WHERE? Mt Hawthorn Community Centre Lesser Hall (facing Kalgoorlie Street)
We operate during school terms. Classes are held four times a week:
Tuesday 9.30 a.m.
Tuesday 10.30 a.m.
Friday 9.30 a.m.
Friday 10.30 a.m.
WHAT? Each class runs for about half an hour. We do action songs and rhymes and some simple dancing.
WHO? The programme is suitable for one to five year olds. Parents/caregivers join in with the children. Wiggly Woo is run by members of the Mount Hawthorn Community Church.
HOW MUCH? There is a flat fee of $5.00 per class, regardless of how many children you bring along.
The first class is free, so you can try us out!
Attendance is casual; no need to book or commit to whole terms (EVER!) Just start and come along whenever you like.
Please have a look at the other pages of this website for more details.
